Bopp Scrap Film Rolls
BOPP — biaxially oriented polypropylene — film scrap arises as roll ends, trim, off-spec production and printed overruns from flexible packaging converters, lamination plants and printing houses. It is a clean, single-polymer PP stream, which is precisely why recyclers pay a premium for it over mixed film: it granulates and re-extrudes with minimal sorting.

What determines the price
BOPP scrap prices follow virgin PP resin, discounted for ink coverage, core content, thickness consistency and whether the material is roll or baled. Printed and metallised material discounts hardest. Lot size and freight complete the calculation. Tell us plain or printed, the micron range and your monthly tonnage for a per-MT quote.
Typical applications
Re-granulation into PP pellets for injection and extrusion; woven sack and raffia production; adhesive tape base film where quality permits; filler masterbatch and compounding.
Supply terms
Supplied as rolls on pallets or in baled form. Available by 40ft container load; loaded tonnage depends heavily on whether the material is rolls or bales and on bale density — roll scrap loads lighter than bales. Pre-shipment inspection available on request at buyer's account. Quoted per metric ton, FOB or CIF.
